Yoga Courses In Goa, India

 

The usual yoga course is 2 weeks and offers 6 morning yoga classes and 4 afternoon classes weekly of various content according to the teacher and session.

 

It is most beneficial for students to take the full 2-week yoga course, if life schedules do not permit this, we take one week bookings for the first week only.

 

Students should aim to arrive on Saturday between 14.00 and 17.00, the first class of the yoga course is Sunday morning and the last class is on a Friday morning, with departures on the last Saturday by 10.00.

Chuck Miller began intensive yoga practice in 1971 later meeting Sri K Pattabhi Jois in 1980 during one of his USA tours . Thereafter he become a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practicioner, learning upto the beginning of the 5th series. Since 1988 Chuck enjoys teaching Ashtanga Yoga as a wholistic method. C11 Maty Ezraty -

Maty Ezraty has been practicing yoga since the early 80's. She found Ashtanga in 1986 when Guruji was teaching in Los Angeles. It was love at first sight. Considered one of Patabhi Jois's 'old' students, she received his permission to teach Ashtanga in the early 90's. She was one of the youngest female students to complete the 3rd series and worked directly with him on the 4th series. She was invited to his Pranayama class when he taught a handful of students in Mysore, India. She is present in videos of Guruji conducting and teaching in the united states.

Clayton Horton is the Director of Greenpath Yoga. He is a student of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and the Greensufi. His practice is rooted in the Ashtanga Tradition and daily meditation. He received formal teaching authorization from the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute of Mysore, South India in 2003.
